1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Matija Upgrade ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All products sold on Matija Upgrade are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, your product will be delivered instantly to your account dashboard or via email. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered. If you experience issues with delivery, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Payments & Pricing
We accept payments via PayPal and cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). All prices are listed in EUR. Matija Upgrade is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your payment provider. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback filed without contacting us first, your account may be permanently suspended.
4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately. Accounts found sharing credentials or engaging in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned without refund.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to: reselling purchased digital goods without authorization, attempting to exploit or hack the Platform, using bots or automated tools to abuse the service, or impersonating other users or staff. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once a product has been delivered. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases where the product was not delivered or was demonstrably defective. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Matija Upgrade shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our digital products for any particular purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Matija Upgrade, including logos, product descriptions, and website design, is the property of Matija Upgrade and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. Purchased digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
